Guest Service Center

The Guest Service Center at United Hospital provides patients, family members and visitors the support they need during their stay or visit to our hospital. We offer a variety of services and information. If you need help navigating our campus or you need to find a patient, please stop by the Guest Service Desk in the main lobby of the hospital. Other guest services offerings include:

• Lipschultz Guest Apartments
• Discounted parking passes
• Guest Lounges — Waiting lounges are available on different levels of the hospital for family members to use while their loved one is receiving care.
• Serving Seniors enrollment
• Gift shop
• Cafeteria
• ATM — An ATM is located in the hospital lobby across from the gift shop.
• Mailbox — Mailboxes are located outside the main entrance of United Hospital and on the lower level of the Drs. Professional Building.
• Newspapers — Newspaper stands are located in the hospital lobby and include USA Today, St. Paul Pioneer Press and Minneapolis Star Tribune.
• Caring Bridge information
• Public transportation information, including phone numbers for taxi service and busses.
